The Harken VTM block pulley is the most efficient and best performing pulley Harken has offered. The strongest and lightest materials have been used to make the pulley components - 3D-molded carbon side plates, titanium roller, and titanium captive bearings. The bearings are arranged in a single V-shaped set, so that the pulley withstands high lateral and linear loads with minimal friction. The result is a 12 percent reduction in the number of components, offering an incredibly lightweight, simple and durable pulley that surpasses any other we've tested in efficiency at high loads, and that rotates freely with little load to allow smooth operation with little wind.
