When he was presented with the opportunity to set up a new store in Puerto Adriano, he did not think about it and created MercaNautic New Port Adriano. When online sales began to emerge, Rafael, known to his friends as Longo, immediately opted for this sales channel. But, in 2019, he fully committed to structural and organizational changes in the web channel. Mercanautic's online sales are currently an essential pillar in the sales structure and Mercanautic's future strategy.
